Connecting database...

Dear all,

Recently, I observed some bugs with InstantJchem. 

When I want to open my project containing a few schemas, it seems to stay at 'connecting database' step. Sometimes, it succeeds in opening the first and second schemas but not the other ones...

Did you ever face this bug? How can I resolve it?

No I did not encounter this issue with proper connection information.

Please verify if all IP adresses and DB schema names (port, SID) are correct.

Also could you send us the IJC log file. You can find messages.log file in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\.instantjchem\ijc_version\var\log. More detailed info where to get IJC log file: https://www.chemaxon.com/instantjchem/ijc_latest/docs/admin/debug_info.html#logfile .
