Anna,
please r-click on the column header in the table and choose Convert type.... then choose original type -> it will just duplicate field(Copy all values into a new column). Is that what you want to achieve?
Cheers,
Filip

Hi Filip,
not really, I would like to create a new row, not a column, based on a row that already exists. This would be very useful in the case that one has to enter a record which is very similar to an existing one, it would save a lot of typing.
Thanks,
Anna

Hi Anna,
Ah, something like clone row function. I'm sorry that I switch these two expressions while typing.
This is currently not possible. But it could be implemented relatively simply, but I don't know if it can be in 5.12 time frame... I need to discuss it first.

Filip
