Field names as header default

Hi,

When exporting data as Tab separated text it would be great if the option to set Field names as header would be toggled on by default. I suspect that most users would prefer this behaviour.

Similarly, in the Parser options for importing text files I would like to have the 'First line is field names' toggled on by default.

I don't know what others would prefer. It seem to me as a good idea. We will discuss this in team and then decide if we will change this.
