Error messages when trying to install MYSQL 5.0

Hello Sir,

I am getting the following errors while installing MYSQL 5.0 as "could not start the service error: 0"

and in my data folder

C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.0\data ,

it is installing only 2 folders named mysql n test and 1 error file name "monica.err" containing the following errors

120208  0:13:50  InnoDB: Error: unable to create temporary file;

errno: 22
120208  0:13:50 [ERROR] Default storage engine (InnoDB) is not

available
120208  0:13:50 [ERROR] Aborting

120208  0:13:50 [Note] C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server

5.0\bin\mysqld-nt: Shutdown complete

I'm trying to instal MySQL on my PC and when I hit the 'Exceute' button
on the MySQL Server Instance Configuration screen it runs through
'Prepare configuration' and 'Write configuration file' OK but gives a
red 'X' in the Start service button followed by the error message:




'Could not start the service MySQL. Error 0:'




Any help/advice appreciated...

Any success with suggested solutions here: https://www.chemaxon.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=40146 ? Which version of operating system do you use, win XP? Have you tried another installer(eg. version or exe/msi package)? Please check the environment path and send me the value of path variable. You can print it by using command "echo %path%"  in command line. Also some complete log file could be useful.
