and Mac OS X 10.7.2 (Lion) ... always get error "insufficient access rights" ... I assume it operates just like the Windows version - which I have not had a problem with ?

Can you import other (sd) files or it's not possible at all? Is it possible that sd file can be corrupted somehow? Please save the following file to desktop and try to import it. What is the result of that?
