Request:import multiple gz files at once

Hi

i thnk its very easy to make instant jchem import multiple gz files at once since that marvin supports gz files

is there any plugin for that or will be available on next version?

Currently we don't support this directly, but we have this feature in our list (not in short term).

The best way to do this with current IJC version is to merge these files into one and then import. You can use for example molconvert utility for merging files.
