Allow mirror or flip on substructure hit align

Hi,

In my table view in IJC I allow align based on substructue query. However some of my hits are in a mirror 2D drawing and the align does not work well. Is there somwhere an option "allow mirror" on align?

Hi Anna,

I tested alignment of structures in substructure search and it works for me also for mirrored structures. I'm not sure I understand the problem correctly. Could you send us a screenshot? Send it to my email if you prefer so: phamernik at chemaxon dot com.
