Database size limit using InstantJChem?

Here is a basic question.  What is the size limit for a database created using InstantJChem without using an Oracle database software package?  Thanks.

Perfromance is obviously somewhat dependent on database size, but you should have not problems with tables of hundered of thousands of structures, and even into the millions. Some tuning is necessary, in terms of memory in IJC, and sometimes in the database itself. More information can be found here:
