List field import

How do you import multiple data for a single compound into a list field in IJC.  If I have multiple data entries in a .txt file it does not append the cell, just overwrites it with the final entry.

There's no current way to append data to the values for existing rows during import. If you need to do this you would need to generate a custom program to import the data into the database using the JChemBase or IJC APIs.

You can of course import data as additional rows, but from your description this is not what you want.
