Query error during search

HI,

 

I have a problem  with the search. I search the base by a structure exactly the same in the database and returns no  hits. I do it with a simple benzene ring and returns only a few hits, it could be more than 1000 hits.

 

Is there any solution?

Its not really clear what the problem might be. Could you provide more details of:

1. what you are searching
- what sort of database
- how the structures were loaded
- example structures (e.g SD file) if possible

2. The searches
- the smiles or molfile of the structure you mentioned that you searched for.
