querying multiple tables

I have two sdf files I want to run structure queries on. I have managed to query each of them alone and also managed to upload both into the same table.





Is there a way to keep the files seperatly and yet run only one query?

Yes, there is a tool called federated search that lets you run structure queries across multiple JChem tables and optionally collate the results into a new table.
