new project with sdf file

Is there a way to create a field for compound name when creating a new project using a sdf file containing each compound's name in the title (in the first line)?

No, I'm afraid that we don't currently read the name in the first line.


We plamn to add this, but its not currently possible.


Your best bet would be to use a different tool or write a simple script that can add this name as a normal SD file property.
