I am not sure what is your question - are you asking how to update your IJC version?


If you are using standard installer then you should be notified about any available updates after each IJC start. You can also check the updates anytime if you go to Tools->Plugins.


If you are using JavaWebStart version (http://www.chemaxon.com/instantjchem/ijc_latest/) then you are always using the latest available version of Instant JChem.
