Structure edit out of I-JChem with Marvin got stuck

Hi,





if I click on the structure in Instant-JChem and Marvin


4.17 opens and I want to quickly calculate Name or logP from thy TOOLS MENU the small sub menu opens but then I can not press any buttons, I have to kill Marvin and also the little calc window.

Addenum: I kill Marvin and then I can perform the calculation with the little calc window. Works fine, but is vexatious (cumbersome). Tobias

There are some known problems like this on some platforms with modal dialogs opening from Marvin (mainly the calculator plugins windows).


We are hoping to address these with some planned changes in Marvin.
