Is the merging data feature still available in IJC 2.0?

Yes, it is.


You specify the merge details during import on the "Field details" step of import. You need to select a field from the left that is currently unmapped and the database field on the right with which you wish to merge it by and then click on the Merge button. See the attached screenshot.
