Feature request: First line is field names

Hi,

When importing text files the field names are not always recognized and one needs to tick this option in the parser options.

I would deem it highly likely that most people always have headers in the first row of a text field, and therefore it would make sense to have the 'First line is field names' box ticked by default.

Dear Evert,

the way how it works now is intended. Not even during export to CSV this option is set by default. This is due to the fact that CSV format is mainly intended for further machine processing, while for data viewing, we offer formats such as XLS or PDF printing.

I guess different users have different requirements. Personally I have used IJC for a very long time now but have never come across a situation where I did not need column headers in text files, both when importing and exporting...
