Cannot open Preferences in MS

While trying to reach Edit -> Preferences in IJC MarvinSketch, I get following error: 

chemaxon.marvin.spi.ui.ConfigurationPanel: Provider chemaxon.marvin.sketch.swing.modules.textstyle.TextStylePreferencesDialogProviderchemaxon.marvin.sketch.swing.modules.checker.spi.CheckerConfigurationPanelProvider not found

I reproduced the error on two similar computers as well as on another computer with Windows: 

Operating system: Windows 7 64 bit 
Java: 1.7.0_80; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 24.80-b11
IJC: 16.5.23.0 
MS: 16.5.23.0

Dear Anna,

this issue is resolved in the recent version of Instant JChem - 16.10.31.0 and newer.
