importing SDF problem

I am trying to import one sdf file which contains 100,000 structure. It keeps showing error message. Would you help me solve this issue? Thanks

this error seems as if you were trying to import as number some data that cannot be saved as numbers. My suggestion is to go through all the fields to import in the third step and set the most appropriate field type for your data.
