One of our people has come across an issue when installing IJC (16.4.11.0) on his desktop machine. He has had the IT people (administrators) attempt to uninstall / reinstall, but the error persists. Any thoughts on the error message or how to overcome it.

Dear Mike,
is the IJC version in accordance to the 64 bit Java? (you need 64 bit version installer of IJC). I would recommend checking that and also performing a clean reinstall. This means that before you attempt a new IJC installation after you uninstalled the previous one, you also remove this folder:
C:\Users\anpowell\AppData\Roaming\.instantjchem\14.9.1.0
This way, you make sure that the IJC modules of your installation are also purged. According to the error stacktrace, it seems that you may have some conflicts of persisted vs attempted to be reinstalled modules.

Thanks David,
We realized after posting the question that this was user profile related as other users on the same computer could open the software. Clearing the User folder fixed the problem.
