I don’t see how to load in plugins into Instant JChem. I'm running this on a desktop with Windows 7. License manager says the plugins are valid,
yet only a few plugins show up in Plugins manager. I am specifically interested in physico-chemical
plugins (e.g. LogD, LogP, and pKa).
Thanks!

Dear James,
in Instant JChem it is possible to use extra modules - plugins, written in Java. The calculator plugins are embedded in different way - as a chemcial terms field or using Marvin. More details about chemical calculations in IJC can be found in our documentation here.

Thanks Karla,
I did eventually figure out how to use the plugins, which was not obvious. Just by double clicking on a structure from my database brought up a window that allowed several of the plugins to work, which were found under the calculations pull-down.

Where I can get or download the plugins? Any idea?

Dear John,
four example plugins are available directly in IJC installation - you can check them by going to Tools > Plugins menu and select the Available Plugins tab. However, you can create your own plugins based on your specific needs - please check our documentation.
I hope this helps.
Best regards,
Karla
