Can not use too/generate url to generate url

IJC installed in the Linux; Tomcat; and Oracle  environment. Shared projects are successfully deployed. User can access the IJC shared projects through the UrlWebApp page. When go to the tab tool/ generate url  we got the error messages-see the attachment screenshots

This was solved over a tech call directly. Closing
