please change both update links from http to https. (Tools -> Plugins -> Settings)

Dear Evert,
this issue was caused at Chemaxon's site as the whole company switched from http to https. At this moment, we are working on a global resolution, manual change is a temporarily needed workaround. I am sorry for any inconvenience.
