Using IJC 15.10.19.0 under Windows 8.1. Cannot access Help files. Log file attached.
I was able to access help files in version 15.6.8.0, but in version 15.10.19.0, the help files do not show up in the help window. Thank you for your assistance with this issue.
UPDATE: I have installed a later version of IJC (15.10.26.0), but I am still experiencing the same issue -- I cannot access help files. This is not an issue with other ChemAxon products that I have installed, such as MarvinSketch (also version 15.10.26.0).
Thank you for any help you might be able to provide regarding this issue.

Hello,
I checked the problem and the offline help is not currently available in recent builds as we are solving a problem with our online documentation integration into Instant JChem. Meanwhile, the documentation is fully available here.
