License check timing at startup

Hi,

I often get a license error when starting IJC, despite the license file being installed in the default location (my own ChemAxon folder). I think this has to do with timing, when IJC simultaneously tries to connect to several mySQL databases that were open when the program was closed the previous session. Not a big thing but a bit annoying to have to acknowledge the license every startup.
