Field not imported when first value is empty

Hi,

After a search in a db I export all fields, including  a Comments field (text) where many (but not all) values are empty, including the first.

When I then try to imåort the SD file into another database, that has the Comments field defined, it is not recognized in the Import Wizard, presumably due to the first value being empty.

according to your description I believe that the field is not recognised because the comments are missing not only in the first row, but in the first hundred rows that are read. Can you try to read more rows in the file import wizard as described in the manual?

Yup, that is correct, If I read in more rows the field is recognized...
