Hello.
I exported subset data (process is below), but exported data was all.
I want to know the way of exporting subset data.
Best regards.
・subset data : {text filed} = "-" (on query builder) -> # of records about 1,600( / about 17,000)
・exporting process:
- structure table > right click > export to file > (select sdf format) > ...
・IJC version

Hi,
unfortunately this works for me in the very same version of IJC. The workflow you've described should work.
Please verify:
1) That you're really exporting from entity you've done your search in
2) That the query finished correctly and desired number of hits is shown in the toolbar between "Goto previous/next row" buttons
3) Please check the attached screenshot to verify we're attempting the same
4) Please send us the log file content (from IJC's menu: View | InstantJChem log file)

Hello,
thank you for additional information. Now it is clear what the problem is. You have a query with given number of hits you want to export, but during the export instead of this subset, whole database content is exported. In this case, it is a known regression problem, which is fixed and will be available in next week's release (15.7.20.0).
As it is a regression, you can either wait for the fix and update, or downgrade your IJC several versions back, where the problem is not present (15.6.8.0).
I am sorry for the inconvenience.
Wishing all the best
David
