Hi,
We have a problem were we cannot see the structure table in instant jchem.
On further investigation it was noticed that the jchemproperties table did not contain property names or values for the following objects
JC_IDX_STRUC_SMILES_JCX
JC_IDX_STRUC_SMILES_JCX_UL
JC_IDX_STRUCTURE_MOL_JCX
JC_IDX_STRUCTURE_MOL_JCX_UL
Also the JC_IDX_PROPERTY Table did not contain the PROP_VALUE for the above tables.
Do you know if this is a way to add these to the JC_IDX_PROPERTY table and to the JCHEMPROPERTY table
