Release notes lagging behind

Hi,

15.5.11 is already released but there are no release notes yet. It would be nice to know upfront if JChem tables will be affected upon upgrading.

I am sorry for this mistake (I am usually responsible for this, but this time I was away on a conference and the colleague that was supposed to do it instead of me, simply did not).

There is no improvement / bug fix for this release and the JChem tables upgrade or IJC metadata regeneration will not be required for this release.

I will correct the release notes accordingly.

No problem, I suspected that there were no changes to JChem tables. It's just one more argument against the imo meaningless weekly upgrades.
