ToolTip in scatter plots

Hi,

In scatter plots the ToolTips displays molecules in ball-and-stick format. How can I change this to wireframe? Is there a preference to be specified somewhere?

Hello,

on what IJC version does this happen? The tooltip should take into account the settings for displaying structures. You can set this in 2 places:

• for IJC items such as Grid view, Molecule Matrix Widget in Form view etc., you can do that by right clicking on the widget -> Customise Widget Settings -> Display Type for 2D Molecules


• In MarvinSketch editor View -> Structure Display

You could also try moving away a file marvin.properties from the same folder where your license file is stored in.
