export structure picture

Dears

I disposed 30000 compounds in IJC。

I want to export all those structures as picture and name each picture with one of it cooperation field  one- time

Is there any method ？

Yes there is a method for this. You will need to use Groovy script. Please follow up to this blog post http://www.chemaxon.com/blog/batch-exporting-binary-files-e-g-images/

Dear Huang,

the script that was mentioned in the blogpost is will work only for binary fields and will not work for structures.

The structure itself can be exported as an image. The script will have to be modified to export from structure field, while using export parameters such as those. Please also refer to the IJC API documentation and the SDF exported script example, which you could modify to your needs of exporting to an image.
