Display of aromatic rings in IJC

Hi,

is it possible to change the structure
depiction in IJC such that aromatic rings display in kekule form as opposed to
"donut" form?

Hi Anna,

in most cases it is possible to solve it by changing structure renderer settings.
Right click on structure in browse mode -> Customize Widget Settings and uncheck 'Display as standardized' option for Structure Renderer.

In some cases this does not work and it's a bug.

I'm sorry if missunderstood. Option 'Display as standardized' is turn off by default, so there should be no need to change it, unless someone was playing with. If this oftion 'Display as standardized' is disabled and still donuts are seen, you hit a bug.

We are already aware of it, but the fix does not seem to be simple unfortunatelly.
