problems with tools plugin

Hello!

 

The tools plugin doen't work/is inactive when I try to use it to calculate the major microspecies for any structure. I am currently using MarvinSketch 5.2.2 version.

Hi,

What do you mean be "doesn't work/is inactive"? Can it be selected from the menu? Does the options dialog appear? Can you press "OK" on  the options dialog?

Could you post a few structures you used as input? On what pH did you calculate?
