Incorrect # of Asymmetric Atoms and Chiral Centers

I am using IJC 5.9.0 and the Chemical Terms calculations within that.


For some compounds, the number of Asymmetric Atoms and Chiral Centers changes depending on how the structures are drawn.  In the examples below, the correct number of Asymmetric Atoms and Chiral Centers is 1, but if an explicit H is added the calculation returns 2. 


The caclulations should return the correct number for both depictions of this structure.  The attached file contains the two structures.
