TopologyAnalyser and Ring

Hi,

I'm upgrading to JChem 5.6.0.0, and I noticed that most of the methods in TopologyAnalyser have been deprecated in favor of the same methods in Ring.  However, your API does not describe the Ring class at all.  ??

Hi Bob,

I have moved the question to the calculations section of the forum. My colleagues will respond soon.

Thank you for the notification, Bob. The function names are the same, but you can use the deprecated ones until we fix this mistake.

I am using 5.6.0, where I can find the getRingCount then.

See the getRingCount() function of the chemaxon.marvin.calculations.TopologyAnalyser class or the ringCount() function of the chemaxon.calculations.Ring.java class
