domain of applicability

Hi,

I wonder if chemaxon can check domain of applicability for user's model. Say I have a model with 100 chemicals in training set and I have one chemical which I need to know if it is within the applicability domain of this model. The domain could include parameter domain (molecular weight etc.) or structure domain (fragment etc.) or mechanistic domain toward each endpoint.

Yes, however,such kind of information can not be invoked by a user for the "user's models" at this time.

We plan to make available such kind of "check option" for the trained user's models.
