Bemis-Murcko frameworks retaining atom type and hybrization?

Hi,

I am using the frameworks calculator plug-ins to obtain the Bemis-Murcko frameworks, but I am wondering if I can get the frameworks with atom type, bond hybridization and bond order?

 

 

Hi,

We will implement optionally weaker atom/bond type
generalization in the frameworks plugin in version 5.4 (expected in Q3
2010).

This will include "clipping side chain" functionality. 

We will notify you in this topic when the new features are available.
