Problem with explicit H after ResonnancePlugin

Hello everybody.





I have a problem with ResonancePlugin !





After running this plugin, my Hydrogens atoms all have bad coordinates ( 0, 0, 0).


With the same molecule, TautomerizationPlugin works fine. ...





Anybody had the same error ? Is it possible to correct that without 'cleaning' molecule after ?
