Problems with logP calculator

Hi,





I have the following error using the logP calculator on Marvin, although the calculator works OK in IJchem:





Native directory is /home/hteran/.chemaxon/lib/jogl_1.1.0-rc2


NativeLibLoader disabled.


Error loading native libraries: /home/hteran/.chemaxon/lib/jogl_1.1.0-rc2/libgluegen-rt.so: /home/hteran/.chemaxon/lib/jogl_1.1.0-rc2/libgluegen-rt.so: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64 (Possible cause: architecture word width mismatch)





My Linux is:


Linux trasgu 2.6.22.17-0.1-default #1 SMP 2008/02/10 20:01:04 UTC x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

can you please try to remove the /home/hteran/.chemaxon/lib/jogl_1.1.0-rc2 directory and try to launch Marvin again?





If this does not help, can you please send us the content of this directory along with the size of all the contained files?
