3D Alignment not working

In MarvinSketch 16.12.26 for Linux (Linux Mint 17.3 Xfce 64-bit) the 3D alignment tool is not working:

Hi again,

I tried installing Oracle JDK8 on my linux system and making it the default for java, javac, and jar. However, this did not help. I look forward to a solution in a future release of the JChem suite.

This bug has been fixed. The fix will be available in the next week's release, that is in version 17.1.16.
