Hi,
I am trying to calculate logp, however after I see the logp options window and press ok Marvin crashes immediately.
LogD seems to work perfectly fine.

Hi,
Can you send us which version of Marvin you use? Without this we can't reproduce the error.

Hi,
I wasn't able to reproduce the error in the latest release. The logP calculator woks just fine. I recommend that you update to the latest version of Marvin, which is this week's version. (16.04.04)
Can you send maybe the molecule that caused the error and the error message?
