Viewing Structure in Polarization

I tried showing the polarization calculations today and when it opened the MarvinSpace window, it was only black and had the labels where the atoms should be. I can't get it to show the atoms, even after reinstalling the software. Does anybody know what is wrong?

Can you please send us the version number of the software you use? We have tested this issue in the current version and it works.
