amphiphilicity descriptors

Hi, I am analyzing couple of small molecules and from the structures
I can see they are amphiphilic. Is there any easy way or ready
descriptor in the Marvin suite that I can use as a measure of
amphiphilicity?

Unfortunately we don't have descriptors for amphilicity.
