I am trying to retrieve partial charges of heterocyclic aromatic compounds for example pyridine. I shall be grateful if anyone can tell us about such literature.
For the same purpose I am trying to use ChemAxon partial charge calculator.

Alan R. Katrizky was one of the most famous Heterocyclic chemist. Probably you can find relevant literature, papers and books, written and edited by him.
