LogP Predictor Surface Generation

Hi

I'm just asking what the key for the colours in the MarvinSketch represent please. There are red, blue and white colours.

Dear Neil, 

the logP plugin is able to display the calculated atomic logP increments in 3D representing hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity. The sign of these values are represented with blue-white-red colour scale. The bluer the atom is, the more hydrophobic it is. The redder the atom is, the more hydrophil it is. Atoms with nearly 0 increment becomes white etc. Also note that the increment values are displayed with the surface colour on the left side of the result window.
