How do i save changes from MarvinSketch utility to my DB

Consider me as a noob.

I am writing an application that integrated your system with mine.

My application is a web based system and I am using Marvin applet based utiliy to display data(molecular files & so on).

I tried to find a topic/link/guide that would give me some information on how to save changes made via MarvinSketch Applet utility to my database that is saving the file or its content to my database.

Would really appreciate if you guys can point me to some page/information catering to that.
