Dear ChemAxon team,
I found out that when saving as a pdf, the structures on the pdf-file show a different size according to the size of the molecule/reaction. Please take a look at the attachment.
This is bothersome when including more than one pdf-file with structures in a document. The manual resizing never quite manages to get the same size of one bond length, which is neccessary for the clean layout wanted.
Is it possible to give Marvin-printed pdf-files a fixed length for bonds?

Do you have any information regarding the scaling of the molecules? Or is it not possible at all and won't be possible in future versions?

PDF saving still fits structure scale to the page in pdf. But since 5.12 we have a new image saving algorithm which could help you (but it does not save pdf...) If you need a vector graphics image then you can save to svg. If you just need a simple, detailed picture you can use any other formats.
Can this solve your problem, or you have to handle pdf for any reason?

Dear Balázs,
unfortunately we use a program which doesn't support the inclusion of svg by an easy way. Since the output of this program is a complete vector graphic, it would be very useful to have pdf-pictures with fixed bond-length.
We are currently using png with the new option of scaling, but it would be better to have the fully scalable pdf without any falsification of pixels by resizing.
