How can we get the fingerprints of input structure

How can we get the fingerprints of input structure drawn in Marvin sketch as i am doing sub structural search using PHP.......is there any java applet or java scripting available

Use the DiscriptorGenerator class to get the fingeprint of your input molecule.

As u sent me the link of descriptor's generator, but this is java program code.And i am using PHP..so plz tell me how to use that code in my PHP
