Is it possible to reverse the direction of a wedge (up) bond?  That is have the wide end point to the other atom.

BEFORE you draw a structure you can set the wedge orientation on the preference panel: Menu: Edit>Preferences>Bonds>"Down Wedge Orientation"

If you have a structure in which you want to change the direction of a wedge bond: you can do it by setting the opposite direction on the preferences panel and redrawing the bond in question.

Efi's reply allows you to switch between what ChemAxon calls MDL and Daylight conventions for the down bond, which are really US and European conventions.  In the US convention, the stereocenter is at the narrow end of the down wedge, and in the European convention, the stereocenter is at the wide end.

But it seems to me that you are drawing a structure, and the bond has simply appeared in the wrong direction, and you want to reverse it.  Just click on it again with the wedge bond tool.
