Performance & Grouping

After getting a reply so quickly to my last posting, I dare posting a new one


(two, in fact):


- The Marvin applet offers an awful lot of functionality. This, however, comes


at a small price: Using the IE browser, Marvin sometimes freezes up completely


and has to be "killed" by hand. Is this behaviour known to you?


- Grouping/Ungrouping is a very useful feature. Unfortunately it does not allow


for the insertion of variables and non-integers (e.g. n). Although I completely


understand this from a programmers point of view, the biochemists in our team


would like to have the option of assigning variables to groups.

Can you give me more info about this freezing? Can you show me an example to be able to reproduce this problem?

We are planning to implement this feature.
