I just installed the latest version 5.7.0.0.  But when I try to use calculation (cxcalc) in the command window, I got an error message state that "cxcalc" is not a recognized command.

The problem may be that the <JChem home>\bin
directory was not set  in the PATH variable during installation.

When installing JChem, it asks you whether you want to insert JChem scripts into PATH. Default setting is 'Yes' (checked).

It lets JChem scripts, like cxcalc, start from other directories of your system. -The JChem package contains MarvinBeans as well.-

If you were not asked, or unchecked the above mentioned option:

By default, you can run cxcalc from:
C:\Program Files\ChemAxon\MarvinBeans\bin\
or
C:\Program Files\ChemAxon\JChem\bin\
